We want you to be completely satisfied with your St Eval home fragrance experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all candles and accessories are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully wrap your products in their original boxes, ensuring there is sufficient cushioning to prevent breakage of delicate wax or ceramic during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
